Last week we reported that Cheryl Fernandez-Versini will be Kimberley Walsh’s bridesmaid at her upcoming nuptials to Justin Scott. And it turns out Nicola Roberts will also take on the role of bridesmaid.
But what about Kimberley’s other Girls Aloud bandmates, Sarah Harding and Nadine Coyle?
Well they’re not even invited to the wedding. Awkward…
And considering how furious Sarah was about not getting invited to Nicola’s 30th birthday do last year, we bet she’s having a right mare about this snub.
A source told The Sun: “It isn’t personal on Kimberley’s part, it’s not going to be a big wedding. She just wants very close friends and family.
“She sees Sarah more as a former colleague than a close friend but she has no problem with her.
“She wouldn’t want this to cause any issue between them but Sarah won’t let this make her bitter. She’s excited Kimberley’s getting married and wishes them both well. Unlike Nadine, she always thought her relationship with the rest of the band was good.
“She understands that Cheryl, Kimberley and Nicole have always been closer but didn’t think there was any bad blood — certainly not enough to mean she wouldn’t be invited to one of their weddings.”
