Christmas is not really a time to pull out a knife and get all stabby but this is what Saved By The Bell actor Dustin Diamond has been accused of.
The star, who played Screech in the 90s teen show, allegedly attacked a man at a bar in Wisconsin on Christmas Day.
The former Celebrity Big Brother housemate, 37, has pleaded not guilty to the charges of reckless endangerment, possession of a switchblade and carrying a concealed weapon.
Dustin is said to have stabbed the victim, who was not seriously injured and is recovering at home, during the brawl and his bail was set at $10,000.
His defence lawyer told a hearing at Ozaukee County Courthouse in Wisconsin that no one had reported seeing the fight but there is enough evidence for him to stand trial, according to The Sun.
Dustin told police he accidentally stabbed the man while trying to defend his fiancée Amanda Schutz, according to the official complaint.
Police have charged Amanda with disorderly conduct.
Ugh, not a great start to the year…
