We joke, of course, because Scar-Jo might well have just got married to her fiancé (and baby-daddy) Romain Dauriac without telling a single soul.
Last night the Oscar nominee was spotted wearing a slim diamond band on the fourth finger of her left hand, which matched the huge sparkler Romain gave her when they got engaged last August.
While neither of the couple's reps have confirmed or denied the speculation, it does look likely that Scarlett's made Romain her second husband – she was also married to Ryan Reynolds between 2008 and 2011.
Scarlett, 29, recently told an interviewer that she saw no reason to rush into marriage again, adding that "being engaged is an exciting time to enjoy and to really savour".
But has she changed her mind to put everyone off the scent? Hmm…
