Scarlett Moffatt has admitted that her life was 'miserable' after she lost three stone for a workout DVD back in 2016.
She made the comments while being interviewed by her 11-year-old sister Ava at her hour-long talk at the Glamour Beauty Festival in London.
Scarlett said, according to The Sun: “When I first came out of the jungle I went through a stage where I felt like I had to try and look a certain way.
“I wanted to try and get out of the stereotypical Geordie girl," she continued.
"I stopped wearing fake tan and wore WAG dresses.
"But I was really miserable. I like being orange and having eyelashes that go up to my forehead."
Her SuperSlim Me Plan DVD was released on Boxing Day 2016, and has sold 60,000 copies since its release.
She claimed to have gone from a size 18 to a size 8 by sticking to a 1,200 calorie diet and rigorous exercise.
Its tagline was: “If I can do it, a professional couch potato, then you can too. With the help of . . . this cunning plan.”
However, Scarlett is currently facing controversy after a report by The Sun on Sunday claimed that she secretly endured a gruelling boot camp and went on a crash diet of 700 calories per day.
