Professional telly-watcher turned Jungle kween turned IRL cupid Scarlett Moffatt may spend her time matching up potential couples on the streets of Britain in the name of entertainment, but it's miles away from her own relationship with recently (and suddenly) ended.
Scarlett was dating Luke on and off for over a year, when he dumped her on her BIRTHDAY (er, not cool hun). At least wait until the day after or something. Geez.
Scarlett has kept pretty quiet about the break-up, however, heatworld caught up with Scar at the Pride Of Britain Awards and she told us THE REAL REASON for their split.
Turns out she was friend-zoned. Ouch.
She revealed, We're still friends, it's not like anything has happened.
"But we realised that we just like each other as friends. We friend-zoned each other.
"I have no idea how it actually happened.'
She then gave some stellar advice on how to deal with heartbreak and it's definitely something to print out and stick to the fridge any time you find yourself binge-listening to Adele.
She told us, "Keep yourself busy.
"I’ve been there before where you just sit and think about what happened – don’t do that, get yourself out. Even if it’s just to a mates house for a cup of tea.
Scarlett and Luke were living together and he was a massive support to her during her time in I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
She had even admitted in the past that she wanted to MARRY Luke and exclusively told* heat*: "My friend works at a jewellers and he invited me over,” she explained. "I pointed out which one I liked and what my ring size is, just so Luke knows which one to get in the future. If that isn’t a hint, I don’t know what is."
