Scott Disick may have checked into a high-end rehab facility for his alcohol issues following a boozey weekend.
The male model and Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is thought to have confirmed the news to TMZ.
He told the site: "I realise my issues are bigger than me and I'm ready to truly remedy this struggle I continue to battle."

Thirty-one-year-old Scott and his drink issues have played out in the public eyes of the last few years, with the star's UK tour being cut short following a string of late apperances and crass behaviour. He was hospitalised back in 2014 for drinking and taking sleeping pills while filming Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons.
Scott offended club goers in Leeds by saying: “If some single guys get over here, they’ll probably have a good time. This sit looks fking crazy.
“I bet she’s looking to suck somebody’s d**k.”
heat also captured him going on a swearing rant during his appearance at London's Tiger Tiger - which is thought to have cost around £30K - he said:
"I've been hearing a lot of bad sh*t about what I've been doing in nightclubs. And they're say I've been f**ked up in them. But I'm pretty sure that's why people go to f**king nightclubs."
He also arrived an hour late for a public appearance in Manchester and is thought to have smelt of alcohol.
Scott's representatives have yet to comment.
