Geordie Shore’s resident naughty boy Scotty T has been kicked off the show because of his refusal to curb his partying ways, it’s been reported.
Show bosses are said to have repeatedly ordered Scotty to sort himself out, and entered crisis talks earlier this year to discuss whether he should carry on with the show. And he has now apparently been stopped from filming the second half of this series.
A source told The Sun: “Scott has been removed from filming as he has not followed orders to clean up his act.
“His behaviour on set hasn’t improved and the producers had no option but to send him packing.”
Scott was suspended last series for the same reasons (he missed the first few episodes) and ordered to sort himself out, which he initially did, but now he is back at it again.
“They have had enough,” the source continued. “They have banned him from filming the second half of the series.”
heatworld contacted MTV, who declined to comment.
This comes after Scotty received a huge backlash yesterday after a tweet was sent from his account after the Manchester suicide bombing at an Ariana Grande concert.
The post read: “Thoughts going out to all the victims and their familys [sic] in Manchester right now and you Ariana Grande #FancyACuddle.”
Scott received a torrent of backlash from tolls branding the tweet 'insensitive'. Some even lashed out at the Geordie Shore star, tweeting abuse.
He has then a statement apologising for the tweet and explaining his Twitter account had been hacked.
He wrote: ""Hi apologies to anyone offended last night. My Twitter was hacked.
"Anyone who follows me knows I would not tweet anything so disgusting."
He also responded to tweets criticising him, adding: "Obviously not my tweet @jasoncundy05 my account was hacked. As soon as my team found out they where on to Twitter to regain access & delete."
Scotty T also revealed he was working with Twitter to find out who had access to his Twitter account and where the tweet was sent from.
However, some followers have expressed doubts as to whether Scotty was hacked in the first place.
