Despite the fact that Selena Gomez had to call the police on numerous occasions about intruders wandering into the property, it seems that doesn't bother Iggy Azalea who is buying the house for a cool 3.4 million.

In early November, Selena called the police to her mansion for a third time as she believed there was someone there. In April, a man walked onto the property, so it's unsurprising she sort of wants to leave. Australian rapper Iggy Azalea is now set to move in wither boyfriend, LA Lakers star Nick Young.

In terms of the house, it's pretty nice. With basketball courts where her NBA boyfriend can practise, as well as a pool and a spa (for post basketball sesh relaxation), it's sort of a dream scenario. There's also a huge separate private guesthouse on the grounds with a private entrance because a spare room just isn't enough these days. You need to provide guests with a full house of their own, everyone knows that. Jesus.

29-year-old Nick has talked about the move in a recent interview with DuJour magazine: 'Me and Iggy just bought a house,' he said. 'We've been getting really close lately. I've never been with somebody like this. So, I'm taking it as a challenge.'

But will they get married? Because that could be the perfect next step…

'It's come up a couple times. Growing up, I always wanted to be married and have a family.'

Good question-dodging there, Nick…
