Yesterday was Justin Bieber's 24th birthday and girlfriend Selena Gomez had a very special message about Justin that she wanted to share with her fans.
Taking to Instagram the 'Wolves' singer posted a photo of herself with a Polaroid of a person, presumed to be Justin, balanced on her forehead. Despite not naming Justin she then captioned the photo, 'March 1, 1994 someone I know that happens to be super cool was born. Boom.'
The 1st March just happens to be Justin Bieber's birthday!
Fans were quick to like and comment on Selena's photo with the post receiving over 6.8 million likes. Fans also left comments such as, 'Omg 💖 so sweeeeeet' [sic] and '#jelena I love them so much'. [sic]
Another fan also commented, 'Oh yeah Justin 😊... please Selena get married 😊 you too are just perfect 😊'. [sic]
Last month Selena's mum spoke out about her daughter's relationship with Justin. She told Gossip Cop she’s "not happy" about the relationship. However, she went on to explain that Selena is a grown woman and can live her life however she wants, "as long as she is happy, safe and healthy".
“She is 25-years-old and knows what is at stake with her health,” Mandy added seemingly referring to the effect the romance may have on her health following the singer’s recent kidney transplant.
Selena’s mum went on to explain that she hasn’t actually spoken to Justin in years.

Away from Justin, Selena has recently revealed the reason why she hasn't released her album yet. The singer has released 'It Ain't Me', 'Bad Liar', 'Fetish' and 'Wolves' all in the last year and late last year confirmed "there is an album" and "it will be out very soon".
However, in a new interview with** 13 Reasons Why's** Katherine Langford for Harper's Bazaar, it may be longer than we expected. Speaking about her career and her aspirations for 2018, Selena revealed, "I don’t really set goals ’cause I don’t want to be disappointed if I don’t reach them, but I do want to work on my music too. My next album has been forever in the making."
She continued, "When people ask me why, I’m honest about it. It’s because I haven’t been ready. I mean, point-blank, I don’t feel confident enough in where my music is yet. If that takes 10 years, then it takes 10 years. I don’t care."
While the thought of waiting 10 years for a new Selena album is painful (and an obvious exaggeration), we're sure she's taking time to make this project everything and more.
