Simon Cowell made things a bit awkward for One Direction after he drunkenly asked the crowd at the Music Industry Awards, who missed Zayn Malik.
The music mogul got a few laughs from the crowd for his quip, but nothing but uncomfortable silence from the boyband. CRINGE.
Simon was called up to collect the 24th MITS award to recognise his contribution to entertainment and charitable causes, he said: "Just by luck I get the award I've been wanting all my life and I'm completely hammered. Guys, who misses Zayn?"
He added: "We all get old but I've still got charisma."

Simon went on to thank his parents who sadly died earlier this year and, erm, Botox, he said: "You have no idea how much money you've made me. I can't look surprised but... "
He also has big plans for his 20-month-old son Eric, saying: "I hope he will be standing here in 23 years time as I'm being wheeled into the Grosvenor House Hotel on my second pack of cigarettes."
Elsewhere at the awards Louis Walsh dropped a cool £20,000 for to rejoin The X Factor - but just as as a dress rehearsal judge, so sadly he probably won’t appear on TV.
Prime Minister David Cameron, Oprah Winfrey, Richard Curtis, James Corden, Kevin Spacey, Cheryl, Louis Walsh, Little Mix and Ella Henderson praised Simon in a video at the ceremony London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.
Aside from Simon’s barrage of gag’s, the event was attended by some of Simon’s X Factor chums, including Caroline Flack and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, meanwhile performers included Olly Murs, Leona Lewis and Labrinth.
We also spoke to Olly Murs who laid to rest those rumours about him dating Diana Vickers, which he called “a load of rubbish”.
