It’s never been a secret that flame-haired Mick Hucknall was quite the ladies man once upon a time. After all, who wouldn’t go for a guy who can boast cherubic red curls and a diamond-studded tooth among his physical attributes?
But the singer has confirmed that he’s had sex with around 1,000 women. That’s enough action between the sheets to keep you busy every night for almost THREE YEARS. Exhausting stuff.
However, when pressed on the matter by The Telegraph, he admitted that the hanky panky was spread over a 25-year period, which presumably means he also factored in time for sleeping and eating around the lovemaking. What a practical chap.
Still, he told The Guardian in 2010 that he’d sleep with about three women a day, every day, between 1985 and 1987. Is anyone else wondering how he had time to forge his successful music career that’s spanned 30 years?
Mick attributed his success with women to the magnetism that comes with being a popstar. “There’s girls chasing you all the time – it’s incredible. When you’re 24 you don’t give a toss. You’re invincible,” he said.
Still, he’s now a reformed character after marrying long-term girlfriend Gabriella Wesberry in 2010. The couple have one daughter together, Romy. After all of that exertion, we hope he's getting a nice rest in the bosom of domestic bliss.
