Spencer Matthews’ dad, and Pippa Middleton’s father-in-law, David Matthews, 73, has been ‘charged with rape’ of a minor.
French news agency AFP have cited legal sources, stating David Matthews, has been ‘charged with the rape of a minor by a person with authority over his victim’.

The alleged attacks were said to have been carried out between 1998 and 1999, whilst the multi-millionaire businessman was on holiday in France.
David is the father of James Matthews, who is married to Pippa Middleton, and Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews.
David denies the charges.
The rape case is being dealt with by the Juvenile Protection Brigade (BPM) of the Paris judicial police.
