We really don’t know how to feel about a Spice Girls reunion anymore - we’re being teased so much by those feisty ladies!
Mel B has been campaigning to get the group back together to celebrate 20 years since their formation for AGES now.
And it seemed like things were all going to plan after they were spotted heading into a London recording studio and their former record producer hinted he’d been working with them.
While Victoria Beckham insists her pop days are in her past now that she’s concentrating on her fashion empire, Sporty now claims she’s very happy to have been part of the Spice Girls and still sees herself as a pop star to this day.
She told The Sun Online: “I will always be a Spice Girl. It’s a wonderful part of my past - but it’s still very much my present.”
And while she didn’t want to talk about a reunion, she didn’t completely destroy our hopes, saying: “You never know what’s going to happen. I’m not allowed to comment on that.”
The two Mels along with Geri Horner and Emma Bunton were all seen at a London recording studio earlier this year, ramping up speculation that a reunion announcement was imminent.
Speaking about their plans recently, Mel B told Entertainment Tonight: “It’s an ongoing thing we keep talking about, and it is out 20th anniversary, so we’re going to do something.
“We’re just trying to figure that our right now. There will be something happening.”
