She might be the girl next door, drawing in an army of fans with her #relatable life, but Stacey Solomon is earning mega-bucks. New financial records have revealed the Loose Women panellist raked in as much as £3million between 2022 and 2023, thanks to her lucrative TV deals and sponsored Instagram posts. Despite this, an insider tells heat she’s determined to stay grounded, and knows that she couldn’t have achieved any of it without husband Joe Swash.
“Joe and Stacey have always been each other’s cheerleaders when it comes to their careers. Joe is so happy to see Stacey achieve such amazing things, and vice versa, with Stacey always telling Joe to grab whatever opportunities come his way,” says our source.
Stacey’s career has gone from strength to strength in recent months, with the latest series of her award-winning BBC show Sort Your Life Out having just finished, plus new Channel 4 show Stacey Solomon’s Renovation Rescue starting this month, as well as plenty of exciting brand partnerships. Something that hasn’t gone unnoticed.
“Recently, Stacey has found that, of the two of them, she’s the most in demand in terms of all the exciting offers and opportunities that have come up,” says the insider, who adds that behind the scenes, Stacey – who’s thought to be worth around £8million – has been working hard to make sure Joe doesn’t feel “any pressure to be a stay-at-home dad”.
The couple, who married in 2022, share six children – Zach, 15, and Leighton, 11, from Stacey’s previous relationships; Rex, four, Rose, two, and 11-month-old Belle together; and 16-year-old Harry from Joe’s previous relationship.
Our source says, “Stacey feels that she’s only able to achieve all of these things, because Joe supports her. She’s made it clear that she couldn’t have done any of this without him. From the beginning of their relationship, he’s been her biggest champion, meaning she could grow her brand in ways that she could never have imagined before.”
And it’s clear Joe is still nothing but supportive of his wife, and wants to make sure she knows she has nothing to worry about. In a recent clip shared on her Instagram, Joe could be heard telling Stacey she looked “gorgeous” like a “Bond girl”. Stacey captioned the post, “When your husband is your biggest cheerleader.”
Our source adds, “Stacey is constantly reminding Joe that they’re a team and she couldn’t be as successful as she is without him. She feels as though she struck gold when she met him.”
