Stephanie Davis is crying. A lot. About some pretty hilarious stuff.

Stephanie Davis - actress, reality star, soon-to-be-mother and professional deleter of tweets- has recently been sharing her experience of motherhood and, not to alarm anyone, but it appears to mainly involve crying. And food. And crying over food.

After revealing she'll be having a boy with model Jeremy McConnell (for some idea as to the current status of their relationship, Steph recently told him to shove the DNA results up his arse), Steph went on to describe the finer points of carrying a child.

"The other day I cried after my brother ate my strawberry laces that I'd hidden in the fridge. I also cried when I broke a nail, watching certain TV ads, and sometimes crying because I'm crying! I can't win, I don't know what's going on," she said.

"Everyone tells me I'll calm down soon but my mum was a nightmare with her pregnancies so I'm praying I don't take after her!" she wrote in her pregnancy blog for OK! magazine.

In other food related news, Steph has gone off bacon. "I've gone off bacon!" she says, succinctly. Which, for anyone following the Steph-Bacon storyline, is a neat progression from that time she cried about it all day. "I don't know what the hell I want now. I've been loving my roast dinners, especially drenched in gravy and mint sauce. This is the one thing of the entire pregnancy that's proper stressing me out now. It's been 4 months of not knowing what I want to eat and feeling ill every day."

If the thing that's stressing you out the most about pregnancy is how you can replace a specific type of meat, then you're probably doing OK. Unfortunately, though, Steph also reports feeling pretty ill all the time.

"For people who aren't pregnant, the only way I can describe is that it's like having a permanent bug – nausea and everything, it's making me feel awful. I'll definitely be getting my iron tested soon.

We hope she continues to be healthy, and keeps us updated on her emotional reactions to various foodstuffs.
