Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell ARE back together

Oh our actual god we can't cope with this

Another day, another update to the epic Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell relationship saga. This will soon be the stuff of legend, whose episodes will be sung by future-Vikings around their crackling Moon fires as a warning to their Moon-kids.

Yeah, we can't really believe it either (well… we can. We did suspect something earlier this week), but Steph and Jez appear to be back on – despite Jeremy admitting he'd cheated on the ex-Hollyoaks star before she left the Celebrity Big Brother house.

Yesterday evening, eagle-eyed fans spotted a now-deleted Snapchat from Jezza showing him curled up in bed with his on-off girlfriend.

And we've also seen him posting pictures on Facebook that tag him in Palma, Mallorca – the same holiday island Steph's been holed up in to escape the cheating furore.

The Sun claims Steph even shared an Instagram post – also now disappeared into the ether – with a statement about taking Jeremy back.

"Sometimes in life people take chances, people interfere but some of us really love someone that we try to forgive but never forget," she reportedly wrote.

"Jeremy proved that it's me he wants to be with. I've decided to remain with him."

Hooo boy.

She went on: "I know our relationship is all over media and it takes one horrible person go blow it out of proportion. I hope you guys can see how happy he makes me, I learned a lot though the break."

But… but…

"I don't need a man to be happy. But the last few days he has proved his love. I will try to keep issues out of media but all these £10 stories people are selling are a total joke. Just be happy for me," she apparently finished.
