The actress and reality star was arrested on Sunday following an alleged assault on on-off partner Jeremy McConnell, but has now been released on bail until July and an investigation is being carried out.
Following a blazing row outside a pub where they had been drinking for hours, the pair allegedly became involved in a physical fight at a hotel they were staying in North London.
Steph supposedly attacked the model and former Mr Dublin, leaving his face battered and bruised and his eye bloodshot, which resulted in the police being called.
The 24-year-old was arrested at the hotel and taken to a nearby police station for questioning and it was while in police custody that she became unwell, supposedly collapsing, before being taken to hospital.
The police released the following statement: “Police in Enfield were called to a hotel in The Ridgeway, EN2 at 23:00hrs on Sunday, 2 July following reports of an assault.
“Officers attended and arrested a 24-year-old woman on suspicion of GBH and criminal damage. She was taken to a North London police station for questioning.
“She was subsequently taken to hospital after becoming unwell where she remains at this time. Her condition is not believed to be serious.”
Jeremy has also had charges brought against him for allegedly assaulting Steph earlier this year, although he has pleaded not guilty and the trial is ongoing.
The volatile couple share a son together, Caben-Albi, who was not present when the incident took place.
Jeremy initially denied he was the father to Steph’s child, but went on to take a paternity test on live TV and discovered he was Caben’s dad.
Steph will have to report back to police in July.
More as it comes.
