What's been our greatest obsession of 2016 so far?

Other than Love Island.

And Taylor Swift / Tom Hiddleston.

And that really interesting looking dog that occasionally runs past heat Towers.

That's right! It's Stephanie Davis and her pregnancy (formerly Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell).

We've been there from the announcement, through the fake scans, the real scans and now we're here for the sex announcement.

Sort of.

Steph has been tweeting about whether her little bundle of joy is a boy or a girl, and asked her followers to vote.

As clues, Steph revealed that she's had bad morning sickness, no appetite, and that her baby weight is all on her belly.

And the vote was as evenly split as Brexit's at the time we voted (because of course we voted) with 52% for a boy and 48% for a girl.

Because really, the only way of knowing the sex is via a scan.

Speaking of which, Steph has tweeted that she's finding out next week:

Under NHS care, the sex can be determined at the mid-pregnancy anomaly scan that usually takes place when a woman is between 18 and 21 weeks pregnant.

Which means that baby Davis could be a little Christmas gift!

We strongly favour Noel as a name. Or Holly.

Mary, Joseph and Jesus are also strong choices.

Steph has hinted that there may be a DNA test once the baby has been born, telling Jezza that he can "stick the results up his arse" after he claimed that the baby couldn't be his.

Celebrity Big Brother, the show that launched their beautiful love story, returns next month and we are VERY excited about it.
