If you watched CBB, you'll be well aware that Stephen Bear made for excellent tele (even if he was a bit Marmitey). If you didn't watch CBB, we're sure you're full of bitter regret.
Be rest assured though, he's a reality TV wet dream.
And heat revealed last week that Bear could be following in the footsteps of Megan McKenna and swapping the Borehamwood bungalow for the Sugarhut.
His fans had already been gunning for him to join TOWIE, with one tweeting: "Odds on Bear being on TOWIE next year, " and another: "I reckon get Bear on TOWIE when BB is done".
And we revealed that Bear himself was keen to join the cast.
A source close to Bear told us: "He would be amazing on TOWIE and would add plenty of drama to Essex."
A second source added: "He'd sell his left arm to be on The Only Way Is Essex - he wants to stay relevant as long as possible."
And a TOWIE insider told us: "For us to consider a new character to come in, it’s got to be relevant to the storylines. They have to know the characters already on the show and it has to be a natural relationship."
And he ticks ALL THOSE BOXES. He's friends with Love Island alumnus and show regular Jon Clark as well as TOWIE ledge Joey Essex.
Bear has just taken to Instagram to seemingly confirm the delightful news, posting a pic of heat's article and captioning it: "Get used to this mug what's everyone's thoughts ?? X"
Predictably, his followers got very excited (us included), commenting things like: "I would watch it if your (sic) in it," "Omg yessssssss!!!!!!!!! Hahahaha" and "Oh it would be sick."
PLZ MAKE THIS HAPPEN.
He recently revealed that he's single, and we'd bloody love to see what the TOWIE gals make of him.
