We are literally BEYOND excited for the return of Celebs Go Dating. It was pretty much the BEST thing to happen to TV last year. Aside from bringing us possibly the best reality TV crossover relationship of all time in the form of Joey Essex and Stephanie Pratt's whirlwind romance (never forget) it also made us realise we kinda love Tyger Drew-Honey (that kid from outnumbered who is ALL grown up now).
Anyway, it's back and the line-up looks insane. But we've just heard some purely devo news that CBB legend and all-round cheeky chappy, Stephen Bear has been fired from the show.
WHYYYYYY!?
Well, apparently Bear has been sacked after leading show bosses to believe that he was single when actually he's been involved in a secret (it's really not that secret, guys) relationship with Charlotte Crosby this whole time.
Speaking to The Sun, Celebs Go Dating match-maker Eden Blackman revealed: "After a longer discussion with Stephen, Nadia and I have agreed that we can no longer support him in his search for love.
"It has been clear over the past week that despite some promising and fun early dates, his attentions are now elsewhere so it’s time to call it a day.
"We wish him well."
We guess this means our chances of bagging a date have drastically decreased, eh?
Bear also took to Twitter to confirm the news himself, writing: "So @CelebsGoDating stop me from entering @bbuk in Jan and now they've banned me from going to the launch party on Monday. Never mind."
At least he's got more time to swan about in matching His and Hers jumpers with Charlotte now, right?
