Frank Hoover, Taylor Swift’s alleged stalker, has been arrested in Texas.

The-39-year-old was caught violating a protective order against the singer, leading to his arrest.

E! News reports that Frank stalked Taylor after her concert at the Formula 1 race, allegedly following her motorcade back to the airport.

He was reportedly found by her bodyguards within 50 feet of the hitmaker’s car, violating Taylor’s previous protective order against him, filed in Kansas, which states he must stay 500 feet away from her at all times.

When the bodyguards asked what he was doing he reportedly said he was trying to get a picture with the star – and "possibly accompany Taylor wherever she goes."

Police found Frank and arrested him on Thursday. He is currently being held on $100,000 bail.

According to documents, Frank had been hounding Taylor and her family for months before the arrest.

He reportedly sent continuous e-mails to her father, Scott Swift, from August 28 until October 27.

Hopefully Taylor will be able to take her mind off the scary arrest by writing some new music.

The singer is apparently already writing new material, using her break-ups from Cavin Harris and Tom Hiddleston for inspiration.
