Get ready for the Taylor takeover of the world (well, most of it)…

Taylor already has the hottest album in the country, with her latest compilation, 1989, swiftly becoming the fastest selling album for a female artist in the UK this year. Um, wow – are there no limits to Taylor’s talents?

Talking exclusively to heat Radio, Taylor told Ryan Seacrest that her “mind was blown” by her success in the last week – she’s set to break a record in the US after selling over a million copies in the first week and would be the first person ever to do that three times in a row.

Lost for words, Taylor added: “Woah” – we reacted the same, TS.

The Shake It Off singer will be globetrotting through 2015, kicking off her world tour on 20 May in Louisiana and playing UK gigs in London, Manchester and Glasgow – Tay Tay’s first ever live show in Scotland. They canny wait.

The 24-year-old will be shaking things up back in Blighty alongside Vance Joy and Shawn Mendes for the UK leg of her tour, which begins on 23 June, and ends with her headlining British Summertime in London’s Hyde Park on 27 June. If there’s a month to book off work (or go sick), it’s defo got to be June.

And in case you’re not as eagle-eyed as us, this means a very suspicious gap in TSwift’s timetable during the Glastonbury festival weekend – so will we be seeing Taylor donning the dungarees and cider-in-hand look soon? Our wonkey-eyed-Columbo-intuition tells us there’s hope yet.

Talking to heat Radio, Taylor said: “I’m constantly on Twitter, looking at fan pictures and crying.” Good to see that Tay-Tay’s still the same emotional hopeless romantic that we all fell in love with.

Tickets to T-Swift’s Glasgow and Manchester shows go on sale at 9.30am THIS Friday, 7 November, while the London show tickets are on sale at 9.30am next Monday, 10 November.

We’re so excited, we might actually do a little wee.
