Red lipstick, slightly kooky fringe and strong A-line skirt game: anyone could recognise Taylor Swift at 50 paces, right? Even your dad could do it. Especially your dad, thinking about it…
So who is this gamine, otherworldly being gracing the front cover of this month's Wonderland magazine? It says Taylor Swift on the tag line, but it looks NOTHING like her. What's going on?
Her usually fair eyebrows were given a Cara Delevingne makeover while her trademark pop of bright lipstick was replaced with a nude pout.
Even her eyes, which are normally rimmed with a cat-eye flick of eyeliner, looked barer than Kim Kardashian's bum.
In the mag, Taylor talks about how much she enjoys being single, saying: "I've been with myself for so long now, I like it. I'm not willing to give up that independence for anyone."
She added: "Basically, there's the tiniest, tiniest, tiniest chance you might find someone you can have a real and long-lasting relationship with. In my teenage years, I was enamoured by the idea of romance because I thought it was going to be this 'happily ever after' situation."
Taylor also revealed she wrote Shake It Off to deal with the abuse she was getting on Twitter, but said she doesn't blame the trolls for their hateful messages.
"Twitter's dark underbelly is that it gives people a veil of anonymity: they can have a terrible day at work, feel awful about themselves, come home and get drunk and go call someone ugly on Instagram," she continued.
"If people don't have anyone to talk to about [their problems], they go online and just say wicked, gross, cruel mean-spirited things about people. I wrote Shake It Off for my own situation, but also for the situation that everyone finds themselves in now. It's not a celebrity issue, it's a people issue."
GOD WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH, TAYLOR SWIFT.
