We don't like to have favourite celebs here at heat towers, but if we had to pick our number one Great British Bake Off winner, it would obviously be Nadiya Hussain.

She's just SUCH a megababe and even the Queen admits she bakes a good cake.

So we were pretty upset when she took to Twitter last night to reveal some of the terrible racism she'd been victim to.

In a note on Twitter, she wrote: "I get abuse for merely existing. Too brown to be English. Too Muslim to be British. Too Bengali to eat fish fingers!

"There is no end! I exist, we all do! Sometimes I hate myself for simply breathing the same air, that I am so often told, I am not entitled to."

Oh, Nads :(

Giving some advice to her followers, she added: "Tear away your flesh, you are skeleton underneath like me, like everybody!

"So let's just breathe our air, let's exist, because what else are we supposed to do?"

Of course, fans were quick to send messages of support to Nadiya. One follower wrote: "Your existence is one of the best things that has happened to UK TV in years Nadiya. #peace #respect & huge #love from all our family 🙏"

Another wrote: "You keep being the beautiful person you are & eat all the fish fingers you damn well want to because you don't need permission to be awesome."

While another added:"It’s disgusting that you even need to write this. You’re not too anything, you’re perfect and you’re loved."

We agree. Well done for speaking up for yourself, Nadiya!
