Former Big Brother housemate Chanelle McCleary and actress Tina Malone became embroiled in a huge bust-up in Manchester last night, which allegedly saw Tina having to be dragged away.

Fiery Chanelle certainly shows she was not afraid to back down from an argument during her time in the Big Brother house this summer and wasted no time in confronting Tina about calling her a “disgrace” while out this weekend.

The television stars attended an event host by Real Housewives of Cheshire cast member Dawn Ward at the city’s Gusto.

And Chanelle confronted Tina about comments she’d made about the reality star during an appearance on Big Brother spin-off show Big Brother’s Bit On The Side.

An onlooker told The Sun: “Tina appeared to try and say she didn’t know who Chanelle was. It was so awkward.”

And Chanelle’s grandmother even got involved, demanding an apology from Tina.

The witness continued: “Chanelle told Tina her daughter had sent her an email saying she was sorry for her mum’s behaviour on the show and that she was embarrassed.

“It must have hit a nerve because Tina lost it completely. She got up in Chanelle’s face and was screaming and shouting at her.

“In the end her husband had to pull Tina away from Chanelle. Chantelle just laughed in her face because it was such an overreaction.”

During an appearance on BBBOTS, Tina said of Chanelle: “I must have parenting wrong, because I brought my daughter up and I was proud of her getting a degree, getting married, having a baby, getting a postgrad.”

Host Rylan Clark-Neal reminded Tina that Chanelle was a carer for her grandfather, prompting a shocked-looking Tina to say: “Her nan was lovely by the way.

“I think Chanelle’s parents have done it a different way because she seems to brag about how many STIs, how many men she’s slept with, how she can put a condom on, how loud she can be… so am I doing parenting wrong?”
