Tinie Tempah wants to go into acting

Tinie Tempah’s good at loads of stuff – rapping, wearing bows ties and wearing exceptional suits spring to mind.

And now he’s about to flex his creative muscles and go into acting – which is pretty exciting to hear.

He told The Sun: “I’m interested in doing acting classes.

“[I] know one of the guys from one of the biggest production companies.

“Hopefully there’ll be a right time for that kind of stuff. When I do that I want to focus on it properly.

“Idris [Elba] is a good mate of mine, Chiwetel as well. They can hook me up with a good coach.”

Apparently he’s also good mates with Eddie Redmayne. Tinie, please can we come round to your place when you’ve got Eddie, Chiwetel [Ejiofor] and Idris over? We’re not fussed about any acting lessons, but if you must.

We do love a good telly/music crossover. Like, er, Sid Owen. And Claire Sweeney. And Martine McCutcheon. OK, they all sucked.

Maybe stay away from the soaps, Tinie, just in case – but we can WELL see you in James Bond. You were born to wear a well-cut suit, after all.
