Tom Hardy’s wife Charlotte Riley has given birth to their first child

According to reports, Tom Hardy’s wife Charlotte Riley has given birth to their first baby together! Yay!

And although we’re not sure of the sex or name yet, we’re tres excited for them.

The latest addition to the family will be half-sibling to Tom’s seven-year-old son Louis, from his previous relationship with Rachel Speed.

Tom is now a father for the second time, since Charlotte revealed her baby bump last month at the London premiere for Legend.

In a recent interview, the Dark Knight actor spoke of what it meant to be a father, saying: "Being a father has given me the kind of purpose that makes you think more carefully about how you live your life.

"I made a lot of mistakes and I put my mum and dad through a lot because they were so worried about me.

"I take great pride in being a father and make sure I'm there for him and helping him as he makes his way in the world."

Having admitted becoming a parent made him "reassess his priorities", Tom also revealed he is now a “lot less selfish”. Bless his cotton socks.
