TOWIE star Billie Faiers has opened up for the first time about giving birth to her baby daughter just last Wednesday and how her labour lasted an ouchy-sounding 32 hours.
Speaking to a magazine, Billie said her and fiancé Greg Shepherd's newborn girl came along at 10.19am on Wednesday 9th July weighing 8lb 7oz – and was several days overdue.
Billie's sister and co-TOWIE star Sam Faiers was in the delivery room when the baby was born and managed to film most of it for posterity.
Sam was amazing and a complete natural as a midwife, Billie said of her younger sister.
As Sam had been the birthing partner for one of their best friends twice, she apparently knew exactly what to do - so was able to help keep Billie calm and dispense relaxing back massages during her sister's contractions.
But Billie also spoke about how she was unprepared for just how painful her first birth would be, saying she'd never experienced pain like that in her life.
Her whole body is still in shock, she added.
So what of names? Well, despite their baby girl being almost a week old now, Greg and Billie still haven't made a decision about what to call her - but as all the women in the Faiers family have Elizabeth as a middle name, the newborn will probably have that as hers, too.
