A weight loss professional, Steven Miller, recently revealed he was concerned over James Argent's current weight and even went as far as claiming the TOWIE star could be on 'death row'.
Now the TOWIE's star has revealed how he'll tackle his weight gain - boxing.
In an interview with Best magazine, the health expert - Steven - estimated that Arg could weigh 18 stone and his waist may be 40 inches. He went on to say, "I really am concerned about Arg.
"Being so fat can often mean you are on death row. I want him to realise he might soon suffer a heart attack, stroke and even cancer due to his size."

The TOWIE star has responded to Steven's warning and revealed he's taking up boxing in pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. Posting a photo of himself with his friends in the boxing ring, he wrote, "I’ve been warned I’m on 'Death Row' because of my weight gain!" [sic].
"Thanks to my old friends @mranthonyyarde @tundeajayi9 today my life changes & I’m back in the boxing gym! 🦁 @peacockboxingclub is my new home! 🥊 #HealthyLifestyle #HardWork #Dedication" [sic].
Lots of his followers rushed to praise Arg for his decision, with many encouraging him. One person wrote, "Go on arg you can do it you’ve lost it before wishing you all the best on your journey 😘😘💙" [sic].
Another commented, "You will smash it like you did before! Well done for getting back in it 😊😊😊" [sic].
Someone else said, "Don’t listen to the haters you will get there your own way you will smash it weather you have ups and downs or not that’s life and it will happen just pick your self back up and prove all the negative people wrong good luck arg 💕🙈" [sic].
A fourth wrote, "I did boxing for a year, lost over 23 pounds! Never felt better and looked better too ! Keep going Arg!" [sic].
One more added, "Good luck Arg, it’s bloody hard but as u know, it’s definitely worth it! Health is wealth ❤️" [sic].
