Clear your diaries everyone, the wedding of the century could be ON.

Nah, not Prince Harry and Meghan Markle (although we’re looking forward to that one if a new bank holiday is involved), we’re talking about the king and queen of Essex, Megan McKenna and Pete Wicks.

Because they’re back on with a bang, and Megan has big, huge, ENORMOUS plans for their big day. Pete hasn’t popped the question yet, but why should that stand in the way of a woman’s dreams?

The pair got back together after a hang out in Las Vegas involving a steamy night with J-Lo, and realizing they couldn’t be apart. And Megan seems to have now fully forgiven Pete’s full textual affair.

Talking about her wedding plans, she said: "I would want it to be like a royal wedding.

"The Duchess of Cambridge meets Diana [Princess of Wales]. A massive dress, all the ivy falling down, a huge church,” she told OK! magazine.

So long as they do it on Towie, that’s all we ask. The reality show has been a bit light on weddings for our liking. The only one in living (our) memory is Leah Wright’s, and that's more famous for agg between the guests than for the happy couple.

Megan’s new TV show, There's Something About Megan, which sees the reality star trying to launch a career as a country singer, begins on ITVBe next week. We’re sure it’s entirely a coincidence that the wedding news breaks just before that. Yep.

Series 21 (!) of *Towie *begins in mid September.
