After spending the festive period in rehab, Arg has returned home – only to head out to the chicken restaurant Nando's on first opportunity.

But even though there's no word on whether his stint in rehab will help to win back on-off girlfriend Lydia Bright, it looks like Arg is still feeling optimistic about turning over a new leaf.

And even though peri peri was first on his priority list, Arg later tweeted that he was going to go for a work out before indulging in some treatments.
