TOWIE’s Arg slims down after Vegas health kick three weeks after leaving rehab

Everyone loves a bit of James ‘Arg’ Argent, don’t they? He’s that cuddly, clumsy bloke off of The Only Way Is Essex who’s always putting his foot in it in some way or another.

Well, the TOWIE favourite checked into The Priory at the end of last year after getting banned from the reality show for his hard partying ways.

And after recently leaving the facility and promising to change his lifestyle, he jetted off to Las Vegas with his dad for a bit of a health kick.

The reality star flew to America to go to a fitness camp and he has even been tweeting about training with boxing legend Roger Mayweather.

He was rumoured to have caused some concern back home after picking Sin City as the location to kickstart his new healthy lifestyle with all the temptation in town.

And while he did take time out from his workouts to visit the sights of the desert city, it was just to hear some of his favourite music performed live.

A source told the Daily Mirror: “The gym where he has been training just happens to be in the party capital of the world, which is unfortunate.

“But he’s been completely sober and is taking his health kick very seriously.

“He’s lost a lot of weight since December.

“He really loves the Rat Pack and there’s a Rat Pack show at the Plaza hotel near Fremont Street. That’s why he ventured there.”
