Arg off TOWIE went to rehab at the end of 2014 - and to his credit, he looks and seems a new man for it.
He went on ITV's This Morning, er, this morning, and opened up about his journey.
“I went [to rehab] on the 1 December. It was a 28-day programme and I spent my 27th birthday and Christmas Day in there… it was pretty serious stuff. But it was the best decision I’ve ever made.”

Arg explained how his family and friends had been encouraging him to seek help for his partying lifestyle, but that:
“It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom that I realised I needed to do it.
“I was letting my friends down and I realised that if I don’t go in there now, then I’d probably end up losing absolutely everything.”
The Essex boy explained that he’s been getting early nights, training hard in the gym every day and eating healthily. He credits boxing especially as one of the reasons his lifestyle has changed.
And he explained how he’s going to stick to the healthy choices he’s now making.
“When you’re having treatment you learn how to prevent yourself to going back to where you were.
“I’ve had to change partly some of the people I was knocking about with. I’m not going out too much, but I still need to socialise with my friends - but I’ve not been nightclubbing as much as I used to.
“I’m in a much happier place. I’m back on TOWIE - I love filming. I’ve got my spark back. I’ve been very fortunate… It’s good to be back.”
Good on you, lad. Talking it out is GOOD. We’re proud of you, Arg.
