TOWIE’s Arg loses 4 STONE and looks INCREDIBLE

TOWIE star, pizza-botherer and guy who makes us do that shrug emoji IRL James 'Arg' Argent has lost a grand total of FOUR STONE since coming out of rehab.

The 27-year-old shimmied up to the TOWIE season 14 wrap party last night in Soho's Blanca Bar looking half the man he used to be. Almost.

He's been losing weight as part of an ongoing fitness kick, which he claims was inspired by on-off girlfriend Lydia-Rose Bright.

Talking to one mag this week, Arg said his new five-workouts-a-week phase started after he came out of rehab as part of his recovery process.

He said one way to kick his low self-esteem to the curb was to stop eating crap and start exercising more, adding: "Now I know if you eat rubbish, you feel like rubbish. It's a vicious circle and it brings you down."

Bally well done, old bean. Now, if you'll excuse us, heat's off to devour a massive pizza and chips for tea.
