In the most random celebrity couple news this year, it recently emerged Charlie King and Sam Smith went on a series of dates, and it seems former The Only Way Is Essex star Charlie has a type – he’s shared a picture of himself with his boyfriend online and it kind of looks a bit like singer Sam (from behind, if you squint).
Charlie, who came out as gay last October, jetted out to Ibiza on holiday this week and took his new man with him.

Posting a loved-up photograph of the pair online, he wrote: “Sometimes it takes a while to realise that the right person was there all along!”
The star’s followers were quick to reply with delighted messages, with his former TOWIE co-star Mario Falcone writing: “Congratulations mate… Good to see you happy.”
Suspecting it may be Sam in the snap, one fan wrote: “@CharlieKing85 omg @samsmithworld I’m crying.”
Another wrote: “Is that Sam Smith? X.”
The former reality TV hunk is yet to reveal the exact identity of his man but news that he shared a string of secret dates with warbler Sam after the pair grew close on social media broke earlier this year.
A source told The Sun on Sunday at the time: “Sam and Charlie don’t mix in the same circles so the only way they could meet was through social media.
“The pair went out together a number of times but always had to make sure they weren’t spotted. They preferred going to low-key pubs in London or to Sam’s apartment.”
Unfortunately the pair struggled to find time for each other due to Sam’s busy schedule and they decided they were better off as friends back in May and it seems things have stayed that way, as a representative for Sam tells heatworld it's NOT him in the picture, despite fans' wishes.
So, who is that in the picture, Charlie?!
