TOWIE’s Ferne McCann hits back at Tommy Mallet for calling her “the loosest girl in Essex”

Well, Ferne McCann was hardly going to let this lie, was she?

Tommy Mallet had a right old go at her on last night’s TOWIE, branding her “loose”, and she’s now defended herself on Twitter – and rightly so.

Ferne is obviously fuming at the way Tommy spoke to her, beginning her rant by retweeting a fan who’d tweeted: “Most aggressive sexism I've seen on reality tv”.

Ferne then tweeted:

G’warn, Ferne – because what Tommy said WASN’T right (no matter how much of a nosey parker you are).

Tommy certainly let rip on the show on last night’s episode, telling Ferne:

“[You’re] the loosest girl in Essex, why would I want anyone to listen to [you]? Let’s just get this straight, when are you ever going to settle down?”

He then referred to Ferne’s single status, saying:

“You f**king loved it, didn’t ya? You’ve enjoyed it, I bet you have. You carry on like that and you’ll never get another geezer in your life, I’ll promise you now.

“A woman should have respect for herself. Each to their own because I wouldn’t want my sister doing what you’re up to.”

When Gemma Collins told him that he was making a bad atmosphere in her shop, he shot back:

“What kind of business is it when you’ve got [Ferne] standing in the window?”

Tommy has now tweeted about strong women not needed to "sleep around” – and loads more awful stuff besides.

Tommy, we really thought better of you, and we reckon you should zip the lip because this is getting uglier and uglier…
