There's only so much going out on the lash a person can do, and it seems that James 'Arg' Argent's wild days of boozing are pretty much behind him.
Following his stint in rehab for excessive partying, the Essex boy has revealed that he now spends his time watching actual documentaries with his girlfriend Lydia Bright.
Yes, you read that correctly... Arg watches documentaries.
“We watch a lot of TV on the sofa now instead of going out as much," he told The Mirror.
“I like documentaries now and gritty American films. I’ve watched more films with Lydia over the last few months than I have in my whole life.
“I used to go to for easy American films, but now Lydia is trying to educate me, with Oscar-acclaimed films that make you think and expand your mind and I love them.”
Despite this massive revelation, after spending time in The Priory Arg enjoyed some drunken shenanigans whilst out filming in Marbs with the rest of the cast, where he looked happy as larry and totally in love with Lydia.
However, he stressed that it was only a little blip, he does not have an addiction to booze and that nobody should be worried.
Well that's good news, and we can only hope that Argy has broadened his mind out further than just classing Educating Joey Essex as a documentary.
