TOWIE’s Mark Wright is GOING ON LOVE ISLAND!

We’ve seen awkward sex, buckets of tears and more bad tattoos than a post-sixth form lads' holiday to Magaluf, but there’s one thing the Love Island cast haven’t yet encountered: a married man.

That’s all set to change tonight as none other than MARK WRIGHT off TOWIE and off being married to Michelle Keegan jets in to shake things up.

He’s going to be DJing for Love Island contestant Lauren Richardson’s birthday, and all will be revealed tonight.

It looks like Michelle and Mark’s cousin Elliott Wright were also in Spain over the weekend, except they escaped to Marbella for a club night while Mark was dropping beats in Majorca, aka Love Island.

A source told the Sun that Mark’s appearance is a massive coup for the TV channel.

“ITV have been desperate to get him out there for ages as they’re convinced he’ll boost ratings,” they said.

“They ended up offering him a huge wedge of cash and he agreed to go out and take part.”

Nice. The 28 year old has been pretty quiet since his and Michelle’s extravagant wedding and honeymoon, though he did post on Instagram last week to say he was loving being at home.

“Doing the cooking tonight with a nice cold beer !! Ahhhh I love home life !! #happyboy,” he captioned this snap.
