And next week, from Monday January 11, Jason is launching the Big January Juice Challenge, which will see him offer up his advice, recipes, videos and shopping lists for FREE. Yes, that’s a fancy celeb diet for free.

Last year more than 40,000 people around the world took part in Jason’s juice challenge and you can choose to do a range of challenges, from a three to 14 days.

We spoke to Jason last year and asked him which of his celebrity clients he had seen the best results in from juicing. “Physically, because she spent the time juicing with us, is Gemma Collins, who lost 2.5stone,” he told us. “Carol Vorderman lost two stone, Katie Price lost two stone in three months after the birth of Junior.

“But recently Caroline Flack came out and she spent seven days out there. She just said she hadn’t felt like this… she didn’t understand how she could feel so good – she was on a juice high, she called it. “I said to Caroline, ‘You look fantastic’.

"She said she comes out here more for health and get her mind sharp for live finals on X Factor, but equally, there’s no woman on earth who wouldn’t want to lose a few pounds. She said, 'I didn’t think I had weight to lose, but I feel better for it.' But she looked great anyway.”
