According to reports, pop star Tulisa is set to return to the X Factor this year after attempting to ‘woo’ head judge Simon Cowell over the festive period.
A show source told the Daily Star: “Tulisa [went to Barbados] to woo Simon herself and make sure he doesn’t say no.”
They added: “Simon invited Tulisa to fly out and spend time with him on Barbados for New Year so it was a no-brainer for her.
“She knows she’s in the running for a potential X Factor comeback and wants to do everything she can to make it happen.”
Though there has been no official announcement, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has hinted that she might not return to the ht ITV talent show, prioritising her life with new husband Jean-Bernard instead.
Tulisa had the ‘year from hell’ in 2013 and 2014 after she was arrested and tried for aiding a drugs deal following a twisted sting. The case was then dropped, allowing the star to make a comeback.
