2017 is already shaping up to be a good year for new music. First Little Mix dropped their raunchy music video for Touch, where they channelled their inner Beyoncé and gyrated all over the place.
Then news hit that 1D heart throb Liam Payne is gearing up to launch his solo career and has been recording new tunes in the studio. SWOON.
Now our two favourite High School Musical gals Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale are teasing fans with the possibility of making an album together.
Could this be the start of something new?
Ever since Ashley shared a video of her and bestie Vanessa singing a duet of Exes and Ohs together on her Youtube channel the WHOLE WORLD is begging for more.
Why don’t we give Zac Efron and Corbin Bleu a cheeky text and see if they’re free for a riff-off?
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight Vanessa discussed her new role in DC’s latest TV show Powerless, where she plays a spunky insurance adjuster who specialises in regular-people coverage against damages caused by superheroes.
Speaking about making an album with her bestie after an amazing response from their duet, she said: “things are a little busy right now with Powerless but somewhere down the line it would be so much fun.”
OK so it’s not exactly going to be released tomorrow. But at least we can expect some more duets in the future and who knows maybe another High School Musical reunion?
PLEASE!
The gal-pals were recently seen hanging out courtside at an L.A. Lakers basketball game. We’re choosing to see this as a meeting to discuss which song to effortlessly tackle next.
Friendship goals.
