Vicky Pattison may have been crowned Queen Of The Jungle but that doesn’t mean she’s going to spend the rest of her life smiling benignly and, err, petting Corgis.
In fact, she’s already taken to Twitter and Instagram and aimed a very pointed message at somebody.
“Bitterness is like cancer, it eats upon the host,” reads the message.
“But anger is like fire. It burns it clean.”
Vicky captioned the image, saying: “I have learnt a lot about people from their actions while I was away. Initially I was angry, but now I feel nothing but pity for you...
“I suppose I have the flames to thank for that. □□ Please remember: putting others down won't make you better, attacking someone's character says more about your own then anyone else's.
“Anger is not a weapon you use against others- it has a curved blade that turns itself in and destroys those who carry it.”
Hang on - we thought anger was a fire.
Anyway. Vicky continues: “Have courage, be kind and most importantly...

Try not to be a knob is pretty much the mantra that heat tries to live its life by.
But who could Vicky be getting at? The most obvious candidate is Gary Beadle, her Geordie Shore co-star.
Speaking on* I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here Now!*, Gaz claimed that Vicky was being fake-nice in the jungle, and said: “It’s not Vicky. She’s playing a very safe game.
“I’ve known her for a long time and she’s the most argumentative person I’ve met in my life. At the minute she’s playing it very safe and trying to get everyone to like her.”
They were never good pals on Geordie Shore those two, but OUCHY - way to stick the knife in, Gaz.
And could Gaz’s video about him and Charlotte getting together be an attempt to claw some of the limelight back from Vicky? Hmm?
However, Vicky’s ex, Stephen Bear from Ex On The Beach, was also not very gentlemanly while she was in the jungle and started a fight with Vicky’s pal Casey Batchelor, as well as posting some very confusing photos.
Rise above it, Vicky pet. That’s our advice.
