If you're anything like us, your New Year's resolutions will have fallen by the wayside. Going to the gym every day? NAH. Not eating carbs? Erm, NAH. But luckily for us, Geordie Shore's Vicky Pattison, aka our ultimate fitness inspo is here to make it easy for us to get back on track. In this here vid, Vic talks through her three favourite exercises and secrets to her amazing weight loss (she went from a size 16 to a size 8, btw). Our personal fave has to be 'The Gorilla', which makes us laugh every time we do it. Which we've read technically burns extra calories, so we'd like to think we're doing double the workout.
