Vicky Pattison: ‘I want to be the next Katie Price even though she has no talent’

Vicky Pattison has revealed her plans for when she comes out of the I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! jungle – she wants to be the next Katie Price.

The former Geordie Shore star is impressed by model Katie’s ability to make a success of herself and aspires to be like her in the future.

Vicky told the Sunday People: “There have been people who have drawn comparisons between me and Katie and I take it as a compliment.

“Say what you want about her, she’s a very shrewd woman, she’s got a sense of business acumen and didn’t start with much and came from a very humble background.

“And look at her now, certainly one of the richest women in the UK and people will argue she’s done it with no discernible talent. She’s a very clever woman in my opinion.”

Vicky left the MTV show that made her famous, Geordie Shore, in 2014 and is currently appearing on ITV’s I’m A Celebrity.

And while fans may be used to seeing her bad behaviour on her former reality series, she’s trying to leave a good impression this time around.

Vicky dated fellow former Geordie Shore star Ricci Guarnaccio during their time on the show together but wishes some of their actions together were more private.

She said: “Having sex on TV is something I hugely regret. I didn’t do it often but it was awful for my mum. It felt very invasive. It’s the nature of the beast.

“I feel as though my mistakes have been immortalised. I’ll forever be known for some of the things I’ve done.

“My mum’s advice going into the jungle was don’t say the C word and don’t sleep with anyone. Everything else is fine because she hasn’t said anything else!”
