Ricky Wilson, who is currently on his second series as a coach on BBC's The Voice, has revealed he ended his relationship with TV producer Lesley Williams, 37, after five years.

Ricky admitted his new-found fame put a strain on the couple's relationship and ultimately brought it to an end.

The Kaiser Chiefs frontman said: "I took the risk of putting myself out there and I knew it was going to change me.

"I feel quite uncomfortable that I dragged someone else in who didn't want that. It's a huge part of my life and I find it tricky that I can't have it both ways."

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Ricky always wanted to keep Lesley out of the limelight and hates the idea that people will be talking about their break-up."

However the split has not stopped the 37-year-old from flirting with fellow judge, Rita Ora, who is dating designer Tommy Hilfiger's son Ricky Hill.

The source added: "He's single and although Rita is in a relationship, the flirting will not stop."
