It goes without saying that we’re big fans of The Voice here at heat Towers. And we’re also fans of cute kids wowing us with their unbelievable singing talent on TV.
So naturally we’re dead excited about the upcoming series of The Voice Kids on ITV, and to whet our appetites further, the celebrity coaching panel has FINALLY been announced.
Veteran judge of the grown-up version of the show will.i.am will be joined by McFly’s Danny Jones, and the very lovely Pixie Lott.
But hang on, aren’t we missing someone? A fourth coach, perhaps?
Nope, looks like it’s just the three of them mentoring this year’s talented crop of kids.
The show will focus on finding kids between the ages of 7-14 who can sing their hearts out on our telly boxes.
Will said: “Doing The Voice Kids with Pixie and Danny is going to be dope and I’m really excited to discover just how talented British kids can be.”
Very talented indeed, we bet.
Meanwhile Pixie, who was herself discovered at age 15, said: “I can’t wait to join The Voice Kids and help discover the next big star.
“I have such a passion for talented young people and I know the UK will have lots – I can’t wait to hear them!”
Danny has his heart set on finding a mini McFly, adding: “I’m pumped about joining The Voice Kids team.
“There are so many talented kids out there, they just need to be heard and this is a great platform for them.
“I’m looking forward to finding some fresh talent and coaching them. You never know, there might be a mini McFly out there!”
The divine Emma Willis will host the show, along with the main version of The Voice when it arrives on ITV next year.
We. Can’t. Wait.
