And again, just in case you missed it.

Poor ol’ Kai Rooney. He travels halfway across the world to Brazil with his mum Coleen and baby brother Klay to watch his dad Wayne Rooney play in the World Cup. And England go and lose, don’t they? Typical…

The four-year-old couldn’t hide his disappointment (much like the rest of England) as England lost 2-1 to Uruguay. But it wasn’t all bad for Kai, 13-month-old Klay and mum Coleen Rooney, 28, because Wayne did score the only England goal of the game. Silver linings ‘n’ all that…

Coleen was spotted shedding a tear in the stands after the final whistle. But she was quick to jump on Twitter to show support for her husband Wayne.

She tweeted: “Gutted with the score, but so pleased @WayneRooney scored and his boys were here to see it!!”

Shame they were also there to see his team lose… massively.
