Kian Egan and his wife Jodi Albert are expecting another baby, the star tweeted today.
Rather than simply penning a message though, Kian flexed his multimedia muscles and posted a video of his son Koa, who says: “Mummy’s got a baby in her belly and I’m going to be a big brother!” Awww.
There’s something about the fact that Koa appears to be wearing an adult-sized beanie hat in the video that makes us feel even more sentimental.
It’s not yet known when the due date is, but we sure hope Kian has time to source another fabulous cap with which to crown the new baby on it's arrival.
Kian has spoken out this summer about how his Hollyoaks actress wife battled post-natal depression after she gave birth to Koa, who was their first child.
However, Jodi has now had therapy and is writing a book about her experience of the condition in a bid to help other women going through the same thing.
Congratulations, you guys. And thanks for (hopefully) starting the trend of announcing celebrity births through the medium of cute toddlers on camera.
