For some celebrities, being on Celebrity Big Brother is the accolade of all accolades. For every other famous person, however, it provokes such responses as "I'd prefer to die" and "Surely I'm still a bit too famous to go on that?!" and "Maybe I'm not I want to cry".
If anyone was wondering what Sarah Harding from Girls Aloud's take on a CBB offer would be, you can finally sleep at night. She's turned down the offer.
"Big Brother producers are desperate for Sarah to go into the house," a source told The Sun. "They are convinced she will be TV gold and know she could provide amazing gossip on lots of showbiz types, including her former Girls Aloud bandmates. Anything she says about Cheryl and Liam Payne would make amazing viewing."
Well, anonymous source, when you put it like that. Who wouldn't want to go on live TV to rat out their mates?!
"She is incredibly tempted," the source continued. "But she’s a sensitive character and spending all that time in the mad house that is Big Brother might just be a bit too much for her. She is going to make her decision in the next few days."
This goes against what Sarah's people are saying, which is that she turned it down immediately because it's not something she would even consider.
