Take That’s three-piece line-up is not the only thing different this year – at last night’s O2 pre-Brits War Child gig, fans heard Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald perform their own solo material.
Gary cracked out his Forever Love song and last year’s hit Let Me Go, while Mark crooned his very own 4 Minute Warning. Oh, and Howard reprised his solo vocals from What Is Love, taken from the band’s Circus album.
Robbie Williams performed a 30-minute set of his solo material on the last Take That tour, so maybe that’s inspired them to mix things up a bit.

It wasn’t just the fans who appreciated the solo material – Gary had a rest from all the dancing, as Mark had already joked about Gary putting on shin-pads.
A host of celebs left London Fashion Week to party at the gig including Luke Evans, RJ Mitte, Laura Whitmore, Leah Weller, Mr Hudson, Edward Enningful and Zara Martin.
X Factor's Ella Henderson opened the gig with six songs from her album, including new single Mirror Man, and her amazing debut number one hit Ghost.
Take That will perform at the Brits tomorrow night and have a 32-date tour coming up over the summer, so we’re wondering if the band’s sample of solo material was more than just a blast from the past, but actually a hint of what’s to come on tour…
